If you receive a product that is faulty or simply not to your liking, you can return or exchange it with ease. ORDER ADJUSTMENT/CANCELLATION
You will have a 24-hour window after placing your order to make any necessary modifications. To do so, please get in touch with us at contact@drakecompany.store with the subject line [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number]. Your order will go into production after this time, and you will lose the ability to change or cancel.
Please note, personalized items’ designs cannot be changed once the order is confirmed. If significant changes are required, it’s best to contact us to cancel the existing order and place a new one with the desired adjustments.
Returns
Return Policy:
- Products must be returned without wearing or using and in the state we provided you at our shop or store.
- Items has to be returned as they were bought, with the original labels on the garment.
- The customer must have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item that you wants to return.
- Any item for sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged, defective or significant difference (include wrong color, wrong size, visible defected print)
Return Process:

– After you received your order, to return the item, you must inform us of your decision to do so within 30 days of the date of delivery to our customer support by the means of sending an e-mail to contact@drakecompany.store
– Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, we will e-mail you return label, it will be convenient for you. All you have to do is download and print them to facilitate the return shipment.
If you do not have our email confirming the eligibility of your refund and return request, no refunds will be issued. - Ship the Item:
– Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
– Affix the shipping label provided (make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible) and ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. - Return Cost:
– Customers will not be charged any fees for returns. - Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returns.
- Inspection and Approval: After we have received the return and after the inspection is made you will be contacted via email informing you of whether or not the return has been accepted or rejected.
Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- It has to be defective or damaged; we cannot agree on any other case if the product in question is not Defective or damaged.
Exchange Process:

– Let us know about the problem with the faulty or damaged good and return it to us. We will give you the process to send back the item.
– Products returned without our verification are ineligible for support. Wish you sympathize. - Replacement: You only receive a replacement that has the same or higher price than the returned item. (Please pay an extra cost if the exchanged products have a higher price).
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will take not more than 2 business days for us to examine the item and see whether it has met the requirements of the return policy.
If the item complies with our return policy, we will process the refund within 3 business days (processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Refunds will be made back to the payment account used to order. The total time will be within 5 business days from our receiving the return item.
Late or Missing Refunds
Checking Refund Status:
- If you have not gotten your refund yet, the first thing is to check your bank account, maybe it is here that you will find your refund money.
- Then, call the credit card company; the amount refunded may take some time before you see it reflected.
- Next, contact your bank. Freight might also take some time before it is posted as a refund.
